Master Terms of Service: Life of Radley, Inc.

Effective Date: December 19, 2025

By purchasing any Membership or Commercial License (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Master Terms. These terms ensure ethical use, protect intellectual property, and define the scope of use for our partners.

Please refer to the Section (A, B, C, or D) corresponding to your specific purchase tier.

1. General Terms (Applies to ALL Users)

  • Ownership & Copyright: All materials are the intellectual property of Life of Radley, Inc. protected by US and International copyright laws. You are granted a license to use; you do not own the underlying content.

  • Medical Disclaimer: Life of Radley provides supportive Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) tools. We are not a substitute for professional therapy or licensed mental health treatment. Use of these materials is at the professional discretion of the licensee.

  • Automatic Renewals: Annual licenses automatically renew at the then-current rate. You may cancel via your account dashboard at any time.

  • No Refunds: Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

  • "As-Is" Warranty: The Service is provided 'As-Is'. Life of Radley, Inc. makes no warranties regarding website uptime or specific behavioral results.

Section A: Individual & Family Membership

  • Price: $129/year (Standard)

  • Usage: For personal, non-commercial use within one household or a single classroom.

  • Restrictions: No digital redistribution or resale. Unlimited printing for the account holder’s immediate family or students only.

Section B: Hospitality (Cruises & Resorts)

  • Tier: Lagoon License ($1,200/yr)

  • Scope: Valid for one (1) unique property or vessel.

  • Usage: Authorized for on-site printing and guest distribution. Includes rights to display digital versions via property-specific QR codes or in-room portals.

Section C: Education & Private Practice

  • Scope: Valid for one (1) school campus or private practice location.

  • Tidepool License ($299/yr): Access for one site serving 0–50 students/patients.

  • Reef License ($499/yr): Access for one site serving 51–100 students/patients.

  • Open Ocean License ($699/yr): Access for one site/district branch serving 100+ students.

  • Usage: Materials may be shared internally via secure staff portals (e.g., Google Classroom). No public hosting or social media uploading.

Section D: Healthcare (Hospitals & Outpatient Centers)

  • Tier: Nurse Shark License ($999/yr)

  • Scope: Valid for one (1) therapeutic facility, hospital wing, or outpatient clinic.

  • Clinical Utility: Designed as supportive tools to complement professional care. Licensee assumes all responsibility for clinical application.

  • Patient Distribution: Authorized to provide printed copies to patients currently under direct care at the licensed facility.

2. Termination & Support

  • Termination: Life of Radley, Inc. reserves the right to revoke access for "License Leakage" or unauthorized resale. No refunds provided upon termination for cause.

  • Support: Includes basic email support (info@lifeofradley.com).

3. Liability & Legal

  • Liability Limitation: Total liability of Life of Radley, Inc. shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the current term of their license.

  • Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action or dispute shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Marin County.

  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

  • Entire Agreement: This constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements.
