Family Memberships


Effective Date: January 1, 2025

By purchasing a Live Life Radley Family Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect your access, ensure ethical use, and uphold the integrity of the creative work.

1. Return Policy

All sales are final for digital memberships. Because access to all materials is granted immediately upon purchase, refunds cannot be offered.
Please download the free sample pack before purchasing to ensure the membership fits your child and family well. Cancel anytime.

2. What Your Membership Includes

As a member, you are granted personal, non-transferable access to:

  • Monthly SEL story drops

  • Downloadable coloring pages

  • Creative activities and word games

  • All archived and future content released during your active membership

Materials are for personal or family use only.

2.1 30-Day Trial Membership

Trial Access: The 30-Day Trial provides limited access to select Live Life Radley content for $19 (one-time fee). This trial is designed to help families evaluate whether the full membership is right for them.

Trial Duration: Access expires automatically after 30 days from the purchase date. No automatic renewal occurs.

Trial Limitations: Trial members receive access to a curated selection of content, not the complete library available to annual members.

Conversion: Trial members may upgrade to an annual membership at any time during or after their trial period. Trial fees are refundable and do not apply toward annual membership costs.

Same Usage Rules Apply: All usage restrictions outlined in Section 4 apply equally to trial members.

2.2 Halloween Promo 2025

Access: The Halloween Promo provides 10% off a Family Membership (yearly) with code BRAVE10 at checkout.

Promo Duration: Promo expires automatically on October 31, 2025 11:59 PM.

Promo Limitations: Promo can only be applied to the Family Membership (yearly). Discount applies to the first payment. Subscription renews at $129/year.

3. Who Can Use the Materials

This membership is intended for use by:

  • You, the purchaser

  • Your immediate family (e.g., children in your household)

Materials may not be shared with extended family, teachers, or therapists outside your home without a professional license.

4. Usage Rules

You may:

  • Download, print, and use materials at home

  • Use the content with your children or dependents

  • Save files for personal use during your active membership

You may not:

  • Share your login with others

  • Upload files to public websites or groups

  • Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content

  • Use materials for classrooms, therapy practices, or clients (see professional licensing)

5. Membership Duration

As of May 1, 2025, all memberships are annual subscriptions.
You receive access for 12 months from the date of purchase, and depending on your signup method, it may be renewed manually or automatically.

6. Termination

Life of Radley, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership if you violate these terms. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

7. Support

Basic support is included via email at info@lifeofradley.com. If you experience download issues or need help accessing your membership content, we're here to help.

8. Legal & Liability

Live Life Radley is not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or professional mental health treatment. Its materials are designed as supportive, creative tools for emotional growth and family bonding. Use discretion based on your child’s needs.
