Live Life Radley: Terms & Conditions

Residential & Outpatient

Effective Date: April 1, 2025

These terms apply to organizations purchasing the Residential & Outpatient License (“License”) for the use of Live Life Radley content (“Materials”) in behavioral health, residential treatment, or outpatient settings.

1. License Scope

This License grants your organization:

  • Unlimited, non-exclusive use of all downloadable content

  • Permission to print and distribute materials within your facility

  • Use by any employee or contracted provider within your location

  • Monthly content updates during the active license term

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Materials to:

  • Support therapeutic work with children and teens

  • Enhance group or individual sessions

  • Provide emotional regulation and social-emotional learning resources

Not Permitted:

  • Sharing files outside your organization

  • Posting content publicly online or on social media

  • Reselling, sublicensing, or including the content in other products

3. Term & Renewal

  • The License is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Renewal is required to continue receiving monthly content and access.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All materials are the intellectual property of Life of Radley (© Life of Radley, Inc.) and are protected by copyright law.

You are granted a license to use, not ownership of, the materials.

5. License Duration

As of May 1, 2025, all licenses are annual subscriptions.

You receive access for 12 months from the date of purchase, with renewal options available.

6. Termination

Life of Radley, Inc. reserves the right to revoke access if these terms are violated. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

7. Support

Your license includes basic email support. Custom onboarding, virtual walkthroughs, or live staff training may be available upon request.

8. HIPAA Compliance Disclaimer

Life of Radley, Inc. does not collect, store, or process any Protected Health Information (PHI) and is not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA.

It is the responsibility of the licensee to ensure that all use of Life of Radley, Inc. materials within their organization complies with applicable privacy laws and HIPAA regulations. Licensees must not transmit, upload, or share any client-identifying information with Life of Radley, Inc.

8. Legal & Liability

Live Life Radley is not a substitute for therapy or licensed mental health treatment. Its materials are designed as supportive, creative tools to complement, not replace, professional care. Use of these materials is at the discretion of your organization's professionals.
