Live Life Radley: Terms & Conditions

Professional & School Licensing

Effective Date: April 1, 2025

You agree to the following terms and conditions when you purchase a Live Life Radley License. These terms ensure ethical use, protect the creator’s intellectual property, and keep things fair.

Return Policy:
All sales of digital products and memberships are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, access is immediate and cannot be revoked once purchased. Please use the free sample to ensure the membership is a good fit before joining.

1. What This License Includes

Your school or organization is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable site license to access and use all materials included in the Live Life Radley Membership, including:

  • Digital coloring books

  • Printable worksheets

  • Story-based activities

  • Downloadable PDFs and tools

  • Future updates and additions

This license is valid for one campus or program location only.

1.5 Professional 30-Day Trial License

Trial Access: The 30-Day Professional Trial provides limited access to select Live Life Radley content for $19 (one-time fee). This trial is designed to help educators, therapists, and organizations evaluate whether the full professional license is right for their program.

Trial Duration: Access expires automatically after 30 days from purchase date. No automatic renewal occurs.

Trial Scope: Trial access is limited to one campus or program location, consistent with full licensing terms. Trial members receive access to a curated selection of content, not the complete library available to annual license holders.

Usage During Trial: All usage rules outlined in Section 3 apply equally to trial license holders. Materials may be used with students and clients at your licensed location during the trial period.

Conversion: Trial license holders may upgrade to an annual professional license at any time during or after their trial period. Trial fees are non-refundable and do not apply toward annual licensing costs.

Support: Basic email support is included with trial licenses, consistent with Section 7.

2. Who Can Use the Materials

This license permits use by:

  • School staff and faculty

  • Licensed therapists or counselors employed by your organization

  • Students enrolled in your program

Materials can be shared within your school community, but may not be redistributed to individuals or institutions outside your licensed location.

3. Usage Rules

You may:

  • Print and distribute materials to students at your licensed location

  • Project or display materials in a classroom or group setting

  • Share PDF files internally among staff

You may not:

  • Share access credentials outside your organization

  • Upload materials to public websites or social media without written permission

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the content in any form

  • Use materials for commercial resale or client-based billing (unless otherwise agreed upon)

4. Ownership & Copyright

All materials are the intellectual property of Life of Radley (© Life of Radley, Inc.) and are protected by copyright law.

You are granted a license to use, not ownership of, the materials.

5. License Duration

As of May 1, 2025, all new licenses are annual subscriptions. Your license grants access to the Live Life Radley library and monthly content drops for one year from the date of purchase.

6. Termination

Life of Radley, Inc. reserves the right to revoke access if these terms are violated. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

7. Support

Your license includes basic email support. Custom onboarding, Zoom walkthroughs, or live staff training may be available upon request.

8. Legal & Liability

Live Life Radley is not a substitute for therapy or licensed mental health treatment. Its materials are designed as a supportive, creative tool to complement, not replace, clinical care. Use of these materials is at the discretion of your licensed professionals.
